Verify the postcode first
Postcode verification in Settings → Restaurant details resolves your address to an exact point. Delivery can't be enabled until that resolves successfully — a deliberate gate, since a fuzzy or unverified address would make every radius check downstream unreliable.
Choosing the radius
- Too generous and the outer edge gets cold food and late arrivals — the exact experience that costs repeat business.
- Too tight and streets well within a comfortable delivery time get turned away for no operational reason.
The honest way to set it: drive or ride your actual delivery routes at a busy-service pace, not a quiet-afternoon one, and set the radius to match that reality rather than a straight-line distance on a map.
The fee itself
The delivery fee is a flat charge that goes entirely to covering the actual cost of delivery — Nomvo takes no cut of it, and no commission on the order it's attached to either.
