BB AI Limited, trading as Nomvo ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17441545) with its registered office at Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Wilmslow, England, SK9 3HP, operates nomvo.co.uk and the ordering sites of restaurants using our platform.
What we collect
Restaurant owner/staff account details (name, email, phone). Diner order details (name, email, phone, delivery address where applicable) — collected on behalf of, and primarily for the use of, the restaurant taking the order.
Payments
When you provide payment or personal data in connection with a Nomvo checkout, Stripe receives that data and processes it in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. Nomvo does not store full card details.
How we use data
To operate the ordering platform, process payments, calculate platform fees, and — for restaurant staff — to send operational emails (order notifications, billing statements). Diner data is used by the restaurant to fulfil and follow up on orders, and is not used by Nomvo to market competing services to that diner.
Cookies and analytics
nomvo.co.uk uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This sets cookies that collect anonymised usage data; it does not run on restaurant ordering sites or the admin dashboard. You can opt out using your browser's cookie settings or a tool such as Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention
Order and customer data is retained for as long as the restaurant's account is active, plus a reasonable period after cancellation to allow export, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. Contact support@nomvo.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
