The terms, in plain English.
How billing works, what happens if a payment fails, what happens if you decide to leave — and the rest of the agreement between Nomvo and your restaurant.
These terms are between BB AI Limited, trading as Nomvo ("Nomvo", "we"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17441545) with its registered office at Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Wilmslow, England, SK9 3HP, and the restaurant, takeaway or hospitality business signing up to use the Nomvo platform ("you", "your restaurant"). Last updated 5 September 2026.
Free trial
Every new account gets 30 days free. No card is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.
You can use the whole platform during the trial — your real menu, real orders, real payments. Nothing is held back to a paid tier.
Billing begins only once you add a card and choose a plan from your own billing screen. If you never add a card, you are never charged.
Billing
One plan, billed either monthly or annually. You choose which, and you can change it from your billing screen.
- Monthly: £69 a month, charged on the same date each month.
- Annual: £54 a month equivalent, charged as one upfront payment of £648.
There is no setup fee, no per-order commission and no percentage taken from any sale. Payment processing is handled separately by Stripe, at their own published rate, through your own Stripe Connect account.
If a subscription payment fails
We retry the payment and tell you it has failed. Your account carries on working while that is happening.
If the payment is still unresolved after 14 days, access to the account is suspended until it goes through. Suspension is not deletion — your menu, orders and customer data are all still there, and access returns as soon as the payment succeeds.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your own billing screen. No phone call, no notice period, no exit fee. Before cancellation completes, you will be offered 50% off the next six months — a real offer, take it or leave it.
Once a cancellation completes, there is a 14-day grace period before any account data is deleted. During that window you can export your full order history and customer database, or reactivate and pick up where you left off.
Failed payment
A payment has failed and stayed unresolved for 14 days, so access is suspended. Nothing is deleted. Access returns when the payment clears.
After you cancel
You have chosen to cancel. Data is kept for 14 days afterwards so you can export it or change your mind, then it is deleted.
Price changes
If we ever change the price of your plan, you get at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect, and the new rate starts at your next billing cycle.
You are free to cancel within that notice period if you would rather not continue at the new rate.
Promo codes
Promo codes are issued by Nomvo and may carry an expiry date or a limit on the number of redemptions.
The terms that apply to a code are the terms printed with it at the time of use. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to bills already paid.
Who can cancel
Only the Owner account can cancel a subscription or change billing details.
What Nomvo provides
Nomvo is restaurant operating software: a branded ordering site, EPOS, kitchen display, server app and table service, driver app, and reporting — provided on a self-serve, no-contract basis.
Payments
Payment processing for your restaurant is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service. By using Nomvo's payment features, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms as well as ours. Card processing fees are set and charged by Stripe, shown as a separate line from Nomvo's own subscription fee.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, allergen information and VAT treatment, and for fulfilling orders placed through the platform. Nomvo is not a party to the sale of food between you and your customers.
Data
You own your order history and customer data. If you cancel, you can export it during the 14-day grace period before it is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for how we and Stripe handle personal data.
Liability
Nomvo provides the platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Nomvo's liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the three months before a claim arises. Nomvo is not liable for losses arising from Stripe's processing of payments, which is governed by Stripe's own terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Nomvo after a change means you accept the update. Section 05 covers notice for price changes specifically.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
