Charged by others

Card processing, at Stripe's own rate

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect account, so Stripe's published rate applies to each transaction and is billed by Stripe directly.

  • Money lands in your own bank account
  • It is the same fee you would pay on any platform

What exactly do I pay?

£69 a month, or £54 a month equivalent on the annual plan. The annual plan is charged as a single upfront payment of £648.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The 30-day trial requires no card. Billing begins only once you add a card and pick a plan from your own billing screen.

Is there really no commission?

None. Nomvo takes no percentage of any order, on any channel. Card processing is charged separately by Stripe at their own published rate, and we add nothing to it.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry and let you know. If it is still unresolved after 14 days, access is suspended until the payment goes through — nothing is deleted at that point.

What if I want to cancel?

Only the Owner account can cancel, from the billing screen. Before it completes you will be offered 50% off the next six months — a real offer, take it or leave it. If you go ahead, there is a separate 14-day grace period before any account data is deleted, and you can export everything first.

Can the price change later?

If we ever change the price of your plan, you get 30 days' notice and the new rate applies from your next billing cycle.
